Yes. If you open the tune file and it says P01 as ECM type under calibration details then you can select write entire and not brick the PCM. Pretty much all 1999-2002 OS's are interchangeable. Try to find a variant of the 2156 OS that had your 5.7 liter LS1 engine in it from GM (this DOES exist) and also contains whatever transmission you desire. Otherwise, you will need to do a segment swap or try to fix checksum errors with Universal Patcher. Or simply edit your 8322 OS and move ahead.Being a 2000 Blazer it should have the 0411 ECM factory.
