There is a drawing of the ICM in the How to Step by Step 1300 section. IPG Green wire #1 on breaking. Black wire +12v for ICM is #2 for breaking. There have been two other wires breaking that never broke before. One 1300 still out of commission due to lack of +5v for the TPS sensor. Remove the float bowl, get a single bristle from a wire brush and see if you can stick it through the pilot jet to unclog it. jstar61. Page 309 in the manual is the starter removal. Looks like just the 2 mount bolts and the power cable and it slips out. It calls for removal of the radiator, but if you can get at the bolts and cable it looks like you could do it with the radiator in place. Don't have my bike here today to look at first hand.The second tank I got 38 mpg running 80 mph (Garmin GPS). Coming back I averaged 40 mpg. It almost next to impossible to try and adjust the A/F the way Honda has it. First you can hardly see it more less get to it and try to make any fine adjustments to it.
