I think the most common results from CGC is either up to a 1.8 in blue or the sky is the limit in green. I did see one that doesn't fit the norm but it's possible CGC mis-labeled it. This book looks like it barely qualifies for a 3.5 without missing pages so I am assuming they ment to put a green label on it.CGC would give the Declaration of Independence a green label because they did not personally witness the signing.
