In my Online Official Server game, it is usually purple. But just recently, it turned white and started increasing a lot faster. I don't know what it is, but when it's purple (online only that I've seen) it either has a significantly reduced or eliminated rate of gain, but when white it seems to increase normally.Purge always full but nothing to trigger it.
