Oct 25, 2012 · The FI MAIN relay will not activate because the ECU does not ground out a circuit for that to happen. Also, the immobilizer is faulty. Another good sign is the MIL/CEL won't come on at all, which it is suppose to for a couple seconds when you first turn the key to ON. 2004 Accord.EX.Coupe.I4.5MT.Notice the shaft of the key fits in the hole under where the cap was.
