I deleted all files to do with it but nothing changes. Followed some other forum topics which said to force windowed and direct 11 but that hasn't helped either.A lot of times the crashing is caused by a faulty installation of a vehicle/data file modification. Make sure you are using the latest version of GTA5. We've seen older versions will just crash with RAGEPluginHook, whilst LSPDFR and RAGEPluginHook are only compatible with the latest version of GTA5. Pirated copies of GTA will simply not work.

Just to add you are missing some files for Clear the way V, EUP Menu and Foot Pursuit Aid. This shouldn't cause your crash but is just an FYI. He is not missing files, the startup.rphs was corrupted. This is version 1.50. I think it has something to do with the modified rpf files just to make the cracked versions work but making NVE crash for cracked versions. One thing I would suggest trying is turning off ambient events. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Go to your GTA 5 Main Directory. 2. Find the file titled: LSPDFR.ini. I reinstalled GTA V and installed RPH, LSPDFR and a decent amount of plugins but RPH wasn't ...So I got this problem with plugin Computer+. I dont have gameconfig but i dont think its necessary because i have at most 6 plugins installed and last time I ran it with more plugins. Everytime I try to search up the ped LSPDFR is force terminated. In file I put just a last bit of log and my plugins list.Crash as populating game world points to a mod installed, not a script or plugin. Remove your mods folder and see if it still crashes. Like just starting up the game with ragehook and plugins. See if the game starts up there without the vehicle and texture mods.
