Hi so Premiere Pro won't accept my MP4 file with the error code being an 'unsupported compression type'. I've tried a bunch of ways to fix it like - 10823836 - 2This file has an unsupported compression type (.mov) I am having some trouble importing a .mov file into premiere, as this dialog box pops up every time. I am using a zoom q2n camera to record, but this shouldn't make any difference.
