I have noticed that my actual count of Air Support Charges hasn't been reducing when spent/used for quite some time now. I use the 'Orokin Eye' and 'Kahl Beacon' and the count has not reduced. That may be why this has not been imlimented. Similar to the open world Archwing Summon blueprint, it may be a 'Built 1 and done ... I have 39 Air Support Charges I go to build some it didn't register, so I figured I'd go and use some up to see if that would work, I'm still at 39, and it registered that I spent the resources to build them.
