I have been thru the same experience 12-05-2020 and again on 12-07-2020. The 2nd time they accessed my computer thru the comcast interface and used Comcast logos and identifying itself as Comcast Billing Center. When I told them if there were any refund and monetary issues they should send me a letter detailing the issues.Got this email today.
