Act 3 is not as bad as it was in previous patch issues but it is for sure lagging post patch 6 ...Seems like the area is full of bugs with vision not being blocked threw walls... and also NPCs appearing in the building when they should not be there. Get in a fight on TOP floor... everyone on the lower floors can somehow see your characters threw walls and threw the floor..... so they can target you threw walls and floors with things like fire balls.
