There were 3 Sororities @ OCU. The Sorority I loved at OCU, I didn't care for at OU. (I say that because each Chapter's Membership is different and unique to that campus). I didn't Rush my freshman year bc my Mom was ill with terminal cancer.Letter from the President. Coming into college, I was nervous and searching for a place to call my home away from home. With little to no experience with Greek life, I was drawn to the sisterhood that was showcased by the Panhellenic chapters at OU. Recruitment led me to the doors of AOII on Bid Day in 2021.In 2002, Xi Chapter re-colonized at the University of Oklahoma, and is now one of eleven NPC sororities on OU's campus. We are part of the South Greek community, surrounded by our Panhellenic sisters and IFC brothers, and we are proud to actively participate in many of OU's university-wide philanthropies, competitions, and events.Fraternity and sorority life at the University of Oklahoma totals more than 6,500 students, making up about 30% of the overall student body. Today, our community boasts 56 Greek-letter organizations , 26 chapter facilities, and five Greek councils.All sororities cut for grades reason being that most of the sororities values are based around learning and knowledge.
